Roasted Brussels Sprouts

The cooking time can vary based on the size of the Brussels sprouts and preference. I like them browned around the edges so I normally roast them for about 40 minutes.
Ingredients
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Step 2 If the Brussels sprouts are small, keep them whole. If they are big, cut them in half. If there are any brown leaves, remove them. Place the Brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Step 3 Drizzle the Brussels sprouts with olive oil.
- Step 4 Roast for 30 to 40 minutes, shaking the tray occasionally to flip them. When browned, remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt to taste.
