Thank you for visiting HomeCookedPDX and welcome! I am excited that you are here, and thrilled to help you in your journey to a healthier you!

On my website, you will find recipes for home-cooked real food for families and busy people who want to eat well, but not spend all day cooking. I do not follow any specific diet, but do tend to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. Sometimes, bread appears too. It really is a mixed bag, but the focus is on healthy foods that fuel and nourish your body (and taste good too!)

Portland Services

I offer a variety of services to local clients in the Portland area. Through meal planning and nutrition coaching, I am able to partner with you to create healthy dietary changes at your own pace.

In my coaching:

we DO NOT count calories.
we DO NOT consume magic shakes, bars or supplements.
we DO eat real food, based on nature and your body.

we DO prepare nutritious foods using menu plans and recipes that are quick and easy for the entire family.

I start all of my clients with a Health History Consultation. This consultation is free and helps me get a good understanding of where your health and life are today. In this consultation, we discuss your current diet and take a look at your goals and get a sense of how it would be to work together.
